Identification Required

You must have photo identification and your TEAM training card if you have received
one.  If you do not have your card but have been trained, please make sure we have
your TEAM training ID number and expiration date.


Dress Code

You must wear black capris/pants/shorts and sneakers.  Do not wear jeans, leggings
or sweat pants.   A uniform shirt will be provided.  If you wear a shirt under your
uniform shirt, the sleeves must be black if they can be seen.


Parking

Parking is in Lot H located at the intersection of Sharp Street and West Street.
A diagram of the parking lot information can be found in the Handouts section of
this website.  There is a $2.00 charge to park.  There is a shuttle bus that runs
before, during and after the game and it will take you to and from the stadium.


Check-In

Once you arrive at the stadium, you will check-in at table located in the breezeway
near the Eutaw Street gates.  You are volunteering for All About The Kids and will
need to show your photo id and TEAM training card (if you have one).   If you
are TEAM trained, you will be given a wristband which you must wear.


Report Location

Once you have checked in, you will enter a short hall which you will follow and
then go to your left.  Exit through the door in front of you which puts you on
Eutaw Street.   There will be gates straight ahead which you need to enter.  Proceed
to stand 105 (grill) which will be on your right.  
You must report to stand 105 to
sign in and receive your room assignment.  Everyone must sign in at each event
in order to receive credit - there are no exceptions - you will not
be paid if you do not sign in.


Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you sign up for an event and cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will be
charged a no show fee and that fee varies.  It is $25.00 for the first time, $50.00
for the second time and $75.00 for the third time.  These fees are per person.
