Identification Required
You must have photo identification and your TEAM training card if you have received
one. If you do not have your card but have been trained, please make sure we have
your TEAM training ID number and expiration date.
Dress Code
You must wear black pants, a black shirt* and sneakers. Do not wear jeans, leggings
or sweatpants. *If you wear a shirt under your uniform shirt, the sleeves must be
black if they can be seen.
Parking
Parking is in the Montgomery Park Building parking lot located at
1800 Washington Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland 21230. There is no charge to
park in this lot. You will be shuttled from the parking lot to the stadium.
Check-In
Once you arrive at the stadium, you will check-in at Gate A with the non-profit groups
(tables will be on your left). Gate A will be to your left as you step off the bus. You
are volunteering for All About The Kids and will need to show your photo id and
TEAM training card (if you have one). You will be given a game day credential which
you must wear.
Report Location
Once you have checked in, go to your left and walk until you come to stand 146 which
will be on your right. You will need to report to stand 146 to sign in and receive
your room assignment. Everyone must sign in at stand 146 in order to receive
credit - there are no exceptions - you will not be paid if you do not sign in.
All back of the house positions are filled at this time. If you volunteer for an event
at M & T Bank Stadium, you will more than likely be a cashier.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you sign up for an event and cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will be
charged a no show fee and that fee varies. It is $25.00 for the first time, $50.00
for the second time and $75.00 for the third time. These fees are per person.
What can you bring in?
No backpacks, large bags, umbrellas, food or drinks are allowed. Whatever you
bring must be able to fit in a clear, gallon size. Please leave valuables at home.
