Identification Required
You must have photo identification issued by Centerplate.
In Seat Service Dress Code
You must wear black pants, a maroon shirt and sneakers. Do not wear jeans, leggings
or sweatpants. A long-sleeve shirt is provided by the venue.
Beer Wall Dress Code
You must wear black pants, a white button up shirt and sneakers. Do not
wear jeans, leggings or sweatpants.
Parking
Parking is in the Landover Mall parking lot. You will be shuttled from the mall
to Fed Ex Field. Once you arrive at the stadium, you will follow the other passengers
to check-in. Have your photo id ready to show security.
In Seat Service Check-In
You will check-in at the Centerplate table. Tell them you are volunteering
for All About The Kids - In Seat Service on level 3. Once on level 3, you
will need to report to room 306 to sign in with All About The Kids and
receive your room assignment. Everyone must sign in at each event
in order to receive credit - there are no exceptions - you will not be
paid if you do not sign in.
Beer Wall Check-In
You will check-in at the computers where you will swipe you badge and
have your fingerprint read. Then report to section 231 which is where
the beer wall is located. Everyone must sign in at each event
in order to receive credit - there are no exceptions - you will not be
paid if you do not sign in.
In Seat Service Responsibilities
All back of the house positions are filled at this time. If you volunteer for
In Seat Service, you will be a runner which means you will be delivering
orders to the customer in their seat. This does require walking out into
the seating bowl and up and down steps.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you sign up for an event and cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will be
charged a no show fee and that fee varies. It is $25.00 for the first time, $50.00
for the second time and $75.00 for the third time. These fees are per person.
