When signing up for a fundraising event, please remember that you are making a commitment that we are relying on you to keep. Please check your calendar to make sure there are no conflicts before signing up for an event.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged a minimum of $25.00 per person up to a maximum of $75.00 per person. This 72 hour requirement applies to all venues except Nissan Pavilion.
If you cancel with less than 5 days notice for an event at Nissan Pavilion, you will be charged as mentioned above.
Please keep in mind that we may remove volunteers from an event if we have too many, if there is a need for volunteers at another venue or if the volunteer is fundraising with another organization that presents a conflict of interest.
